Meet Dr. Woodin

Dr. Woodin chose dentistry after watching her mom, an orthodontist, transform her patients’ smiles. She has practiced since 2021, including 4 years caring for patients in an underserved area of Columbus and time at an orthodontic office providing traditional braces, clear aligners, and palatal expanders. She especially enjoys crown and bridge work, fillings, and clear aligner treatment, and she loves when something as simple as a filling changes a smile or takes away pain. She only recommends treatment she believes is best for each patient’s health and wants every patient to feel cared for like family. If you are nervous or it has been a while since your last visit, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Coming in is the first step, and she is happy to have you.

Dr. Woodin earned her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Kentucky, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Only students in the top 20% of their class are eligible for nomination, and only 7 in her class were selected.

Dr. Woodin grew up in Cincinnati, attended Summit Country Day School, and returned home after 14 years away to be near her large extended family. She has been with her husband for 13 years, and they have two daughters and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She is a diehard Bengals fan who has gone to games since childhood, loves watching and playing tennis (Coco Gauff is her favorite active player), and enjoys board games, travel, hiking, and audiobooks. Her family’s favorite local spots include Yagoot for frozen yogurt, Forno for Italian, and Losanti in OTR, where she recommends the butter cake.
